Abstract:
This information collection solicits from all eligible States and outlying areas the State plans required under Title I of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) (P.L. 109-270), as well as, for those States and outlying areas that fail to meet 90 percent of their performance levels for an indicator for three consecutive years, periodic reports on their progress in implementing the improvement plans required by section 123(a)(1) of Perkins IV.
