Short Statement: The current request for revision to the collection is the result of format changes, such as consolidation of questions, incorporation of clarifying language, partner/consortium engagement, and the evaluation component of the report. The revision to the collection facilitates more streamlined data retrieval and review of information by FIPSE staff. The revision to the collection increases the burden hours from 10-17 hours to 40 hours per respondent. The increase in burden hours resulted from the incorporation of data from the evaluation component of the performance report. The increase in burden hours is deemed necessary for completion of the report. However, overall burden reduction of 870 hours is due to decrease of respondents.
