Short Statement: The burden hours per filing and requirements are unchanged. Based on recent collection activity, Commission staff adjusted the number of respondents by an increase of 5 annually. This results in an estimate that is representative of actual filings received over the last three years. The increase is due mostly to typical fluctuation in industry activity.
