Short Statement: There is an adjustment increase in the total estimated burden as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens. This increase is not due to any program changes. The change in the burden and cost estimates occurred due to industry growth in the past three years, resulting in an additional number of respondents that have become subject to Subpart Ga. Additionally, this ICR assumes that all respondents will have to familiarize themselves with regulatory requirements each year. These changes result in an increase in the number of responses, labor hours and costs, and total O&M costs.
