Within six months from the date of this approval CBP will submit an ESTA/I-94W customer satisfaction survey for fast track approval under OMB control number 1651-0136. As stated in the Privacy Impact Assessment, DHS has agreed to a privacy compliance review (PCR) as part of their inclusion of the request for social media handles on the ESTA and I-94W. As part of the PCR: a) DHS will brief OMB in early April 2017 on the methodology being used for the PCR and will receive and incorporate OMB's input, as appropriate; and b) DHS will brief OMB in late October 2017 after the analytical part of the PCR is completed. DHS and OMB will work to adjust the collection as appropriate in response to the results of the PCR. Any expansion of the social media element of this collection will require the full notice and comment process of the Paperwork Reduction Act absent any of the factors described in 5 CFR 1320.13.

Abstract:
Form I-94 (Arrival/Departure Record) and Form I-94W (Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver Arrival/Departure) are used to document a traveler's admission into the United States. These forms include date of arrival, visa classification and the date the authorized stay expires. The forms are also used by business employers and other organizations to confirm legal status in the United States. The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) applies to aliens traveling to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) and requires that VWP travelers provide information electronically to CBP before embarking on travel to the United States.
