Short Statement: There are no program changes associated with this information collection. As for adjustments, based on recent experience, TTB is increasing the number of annual respondents who submit COLAs Online Access Requests to 3,000, up from the 1,366 previously reported. This increase results in an increase of the estimated total annual burden hours for this collection, from 410 hours to 900 hours.
