Abstract:
The collection instrument is used to collect information from dependents of members of the armed forces, dependents of a civilian employee of a military department, and DoD Contractors and their dependents stationed overseas to determine eligibility to receive WIC Overseas benefits. The collection instrument is used by contractor staff assigned to WIC Overseas offices.

There was a decrease in the overall number of burden hours because the WIC Overseas program does not have as many participants as it did in the previous OMB submission. We have less people that are requesting WIC Overseas services, which is less respondents to our information collection.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
