Short Statement: There is an adjustment increase in the total estimated burden as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens. This increase is not due to any program changes. The small change in the burden and cost estimates occurred because of a change in assumption. This ICR assumes all sources will have to familiarize themselves with the regulatory requirements each year.
