Short Statement: The adjustment increase in burden from the most recently approved ICR is due to an increase in the number of new sources. This ICR assumes one additional source becomes subject to the regulation over the three-year ICR period. This ICR also uses updated labor rates from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to calculate burden costs.
