Abstract:
Rule 30e-3 permits, but does not require, a fund to transmit its reports to shareholders by posting them on its website, as long as the fund meets certain other conditions of the rule regarding (a) availability of the report and other materials; (b) shareholder consent; (c) notice to shareholders; and (d) delivery of materials upon request of the shareholder.
