Abstract:
To fulfill reporting requirements to Congress and to evaluate the effectiveness of their existing programs, FVAP plans to conduct a survey in order to examine the demographic profile of registered overseas civilian voters, quantify the population of these voters by country, and calculate a voter registration and participation rate for the population using records from state and local election officials. This survey will gather demographic information relevant to voting behavior from a sample of registered civilian voters who were living outside of the U.S. during the 2014 election.
