Short Statement: There is an adjustment increase in the total estimated burden and cost as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved Burdens. This increase is not due to any program changes. The change in the burden and cost estimates occurred for two reasons: 1) this ICR assumes all existing respondents will have to familiarize with the regulatory requirements each year; and 2) the burden has increased due an increase in the estimated number of sources subject to the standard. The number of sources has increased by one since the last ICR to account for industry growth in the past three years.
