Short Statement: The current OMB inventory includes 102,512 burden hours. In this submission, we are requesting a total of 83,488 hours. This represents a decrease of 19,024 hours. An adjustment decrease of 5,142 burden hours is due to the following two factors: (1) based on input from outreach listed in A.8 we have re-estimated the amount of time required to respond; and (2) based on the average number of annual responses BSEE received over the last 3 years we have re-estimated the amount of responses. This also represents a program decrease of 13,882 burden hours which were relocated to 1014-0028 due to the publication of the Well Operations and Equipment final rule on April 29, 2016 [81 FR 25888].
