The current hour inventory approved for this form is 8,974,334 hours, and the requested new total hour burden is 8,985,859, which is an increase of 11,525 annual burden hours. The estimate for the total number of I-765 respondents is 2,139,523 respondents. USCIS is now reporting new estimates which include the new population (2,940 respondents) the proposed rule discussed in this supporting statement projects would request employment authorization as a dependent spouse of entrepreneurs granted parole. USCIS is revising the instructions to Form I-765 to include information for this newly added group of applicants – certain dependent spouses of entrepreneurs granted parole.
