Abstract:
This is a non-substantive change request. Currently, NASS is approved to conduct two coffee surveys twice a year. One questionnaire was targeting growers the other was targeting coffee millers. The majority of the millers are also growers, and following the most recent survey in December 2016, the NASS Hawaii office requested that the two surveys be combined into one to make it easier for the respondents to report.

Short Statement:
The combining of the coffee miller questionnaire along with the coffee grower questionnaire made for a slightly longer questionnaire, with a reduced number of respondent contacts, since many of the coffee millers are also growers.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
