Short Statement: This is a reinstatement with change to an expired collection. The approximate time for filling out the form and obtaining all the documentation increased from 12 minutes to 1 hour. During the previous approval, we did not consider the time needed to obtain school official authorization, time to gather documentation, or the travel time required by the respondent.
