Short Statement: Adjusted burden hours reflect the fact that HUD accepts owners’ electronic submissions of reports generated by their own financial systems in lieu of approved forms, and an acknowledgement of owner/manager observations that three minutes allocated in the 2013 request provided insufficient time to package and forward the required reports. The allocation of burden hours has been increased to five minutes.
