Abstract:
In the 512-614 MHz band, mobile wireless operators will be required to conduct an interference study before deploying or modifying wireless base stations in spectrum co-channel or adjacent to broadcast television stations that are within a specified distance of the television station. The mobile wireless operators will be required to make the interference studies available to the Federal Communication Commission upon request and to a requesting broadcast television station upon a claim of harmful interference.
