Short Statement: Increases in responses and hours are attributed to the addition of 5 burdens not previously reported (schedule of sales days, diseased animal notification, quarantine signs, and requests for appeal of denial of agreements and of withdrawal of agreements), and merging 0579-0258 into the information collection request adding four new burdens (approval of livestock facilities agreements and 3 recordkeeping requirements) as well as adding to an existing burden (Listing Agreements). The unreported burdens contribute only 13 responses and 6 hours of burden to the information collection request.
