Short Statement: The adjustments in the annual number of respondents, annual time burden, and annual cost burden are based on the use of current data to prepare estimates. Specifically, the estimated number of respondents and total number of responses per year are based on data available from DoD subject mater experts and data available from the Federal Procurement Data System for fiscal year 2015. In addition, the cost per hour used to calculate to the cost per response is based on current hourly rates published by the Office of Personnel Management for calendar year 2016.
