Short Statement: There are no program changes associated with this collection. The number ofrespondents decreased from the previously cited fiscal year, resulting in adecrease of burden hours. The cost of an envelope for mailing paper forms wasincluded in the overall cost, which had not been considered previously, but due tothe decrease in respondents, the costs went down.
