Short Statement: There is an adjustment decrease of -840 annual burden hours and -320 responses. The burden is adjusted to account for the fact that the appropriation level for this program has declined such that we receive 30-40 applications under this program in a given fiscal year rather than hundreds. The information collected will be the same; the reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act in 2015 did not make substantive changes to this program. Changes to the forms are limited to updating statutory references. This program is now in Title VII as opposed to Title VIII.
