Abstract:
EIA's Uranium Data Program collects basic data necessary to meet EIA's legislative mandates as well as the needs of EIA's public and private customers. Data collected include uranium exploration, reserves, production, processing, and marketing. The data are used for analyses and publications. Respondents include firms and individuals that comprise the U.S. uranium industry. The nonsubstantive change to the ICR consists only of modifying the CIPSEA Confidentiality Pledge shown in the forms and the confidentiality section of the instructions to comply with the requirements of the Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2015. More details on modifying the confidentiality pledge are available under OMB control number 1905-0211.
