Short Statement: The total burden for this information collection submission has decreased by 659,546 hours from the last approved submission. The decrease in burden is due solely to adjustments, which are shown in the table provided in the answer to question number 15 of the Supporting Justification included in this submission. . Adjustments shown in the provided table decreased the burden by 659,546 hours and decreased the number of responses by 35,373. The current OMB inventory shows a total burden of 2,475,698 hours, while the present submission exhibits a total burden of 1,816,152 hours. Hence, there is a total decrease of 659,546 hours. There is no change in costs to respondents.
