Abstract:
This is a non-substantive change to the Generic Testing docket. NASS plans to conduct 3 different phases of testing for the Local Foods Survey (0535-0259). Several issues arose during the original data collection conducted in 2016. There were some terminology issues that occurred in some areas of the country and some marketing practices that were different in other areas that involved direct marketing and intermediate marketing. The first round will involve debriefing interviews of respondents who previously completed the survey. The second and third phase will both involve cognitive interviews of the revised questionnaire.
