Short Statement: The estimated number of respondents decreased by 3,379, from 14,727 to 11,348. This decrease is due to the Contractor adjusting its estimate based on response rates from the previous year. As the estimated number of respondents decreased, the estimated annual time burden also decreased accordingly, from 1,571 hours to 1,099.
