Abstract:
The collection of information is necessary in order to receive applications for loan funds pursuant to Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST). FAST authorizes additional funding and makes significant changes to the Transportation Infrastructure Financing and Innovation Act ("TIFIA") program. The purpose of the TIFIA program is to provide Federal credit assistance in the form of direct loans, loan guarantees, and standby lines of credit to eligible surface transportation projects.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
