Short Statement: The estimated number of grantees has increased to 275 based on projected funding FY 2018. However ACL used its discretion to reduce the burden to 7388 hours due to minor changes to reporting. For example some questions changed from narrative responses to "Yes or No" responses. Please refer to section 15 of the Supporting Statement.
