Short Statement: This is a request for approval of annual changes for the 2018-2019 SAIG Enrollment forms which include up-dates to award year dates, web page links and text changes, language clarifications and updated disclosures. This non-substantial change request decreases the number of responses to 54,687 (a decrease of 10,384) and the number of burden hours to 12,580 (a decrease of 2,140). The change is due to a decrease in enrollment due to system maturity.
