This request adds new burden to the 3046-0046 generic clearance for the Department of Education. This results in an increase in burden and responses of 75 hours and 1,500 respondents respectively at an annual cost burden of $34,065.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
