Abstract:
AC Form 8050-5 is an application for a dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate which, under 49 USC, 1404, may be issued to a person engaged in manufacturing, distributing, or selling aircraft. The FAA would like the extend this collection without any changes.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
