Short Statement: There was not a significant change in burden for this renewal. The burden decreased by 5,479 hours from 130,852 hours to 125,373 hours. This decrease is due to the number of operating reactor sites declining form 104 sites to 99 sites and there are fluctuations in the number of materials licensees
