Abstract:
Under 18 USC 923, ATF requires renewal applicants to complete ATF 8 (5310.11) Part II. The form is filed by the licensee desiring to renew the Federal firearms license. The form is used to identify the applicant, locate the business/collection premises, identify the type of business/ collection activity, and determine the eligibility of the applicant.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
