Short Statement:
The program changes of the reduction of 5,001 burden hours and 14,320 responses are due to BCAP program reduction in participation because of reduction in funding in this information collection, and FSA removed three forms for Emergency Conservation Program (ECP), FSA-18, ACP-153 and ACP-153A and CCC-36, Assignment of payment.
