Short Statement: We estimate that there will be 3,647 annual responses totaling 2,636 burden hours. This is a net decrease of 605 responses and 576 burden hours from our previous request of 4,252 responses and 3,212 burden hours. The difference represents an adjustment in estimated resources and corresponding burden hours based upon mergers, closures, and our experience in administering this program over the last 3 years.
