Short Statement: This is a request for an extension of OMB information collection number 1845-0052. There is a decrease of 4,149 burden hours due to a decrease in the number of respondents who need to present documentation to the school to be included with the G-845 form to complete the confirmation of eligibility to receive Title IV assistance. There has not been any change to the regulatory language requiring this activity.
