Short Statement: NASA added an additional form/information collection instrument, specifically the MSFC Form 4687/NASA Human Exploration Challenge Returning Vehicle Report and Verification. In the spirit of continual improvement, teams are now permitted to compete using rover vehicles from previous Rover Challenge events, provided 50% percent of the combined total structure and systems have been modified or replaced, MSFC Form 4687/NASA human Exploration Rover Challenge Returning Vehicle Report and Verification is added to this information collection to document the change. We believe the ability modify pre-used rover vehicles for future events will increase the number of respondents/participants and the associated burden.
