Short Statement: The differences between the respondent burden proposed for 2016 information collection request and the previous 2013 one is an adjustment of -2,670 hours annually. The decrease in burden to the respondents is due to a decline in the size of the target population (for monthly surveys) and sample size (for weekly surveys).
