Short Statement: Since the promulgation of the rule, FICUs have an established policy and program in place. This is reflected by the reduction in the number of respondents to account for only new FICUs that meet the threshold. The majority of the burden is attributed to recordkeeping requirements by FICUs with more than $50 million in assets. Additional adjustments have been made to reflect the current number of credit unions complying with this rule.
