Short Statement: Any change since the last approval is a result of a change in the number of title IV participating institutions. ED estimates that it will take approximately 25 minutes for each of the institutions to provide the relevant information on the form. This is based on administrators already having calculated and disclosed the crime statistics in their annual security and fire safety reports.
