Abstract:
This filing is the annual update of award years, minor language changes regarding the Perkins Loan Program due to the wind-down of the program, clarifications of signature requirements, minor formatting and spelling corrections, and includes a transition from reporting to the eCampusBased System to the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) System. It also addresses the addition of questions regarding the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) and disaster-affected students based on changes made in Public Law 115-64. The total annual reporting and record keeping hour burden remains 94,916 for 4,162 respondents.
