Short Statement: FSIS previously had approval from OMB for 10,000 burden hours; however, the Agency only used a total of 407 hours to conduct qualitative surveys and food safety education research. We are reducing the burden hours from 10, 000 to 2,000, and the number of respondents from 10,000 to 4,000.
