Short Statement: The increase in burden stems from both an increase in respondents from 54,000 to 458,000 (to accommodate for the new Title XVI and concurrent users), as well as an increase in the total burden per response from 7 minutes to 8 minutes (based on current available data for both myWageReport over the past several months, as well as management information data we have for the current Title XVI mobile and telephone applications). We believe this increase in the average burden per response is more accurate; however, we will know more once we increase the respondent population (through adding the additional Title XVI and concurrent users), and build up management information data for the myWage Report application. We will update the burden during the next renewal based on the management information data we collect.
