Short Statement: A reduction of 421 burden hours is due to an adjustment in the number of respondents in the eligible pool of credit unions. A reduction of 48 burden hours is due to a program change attributed to the consolidation of the NCUA appeals process under 12 CFR part 746, subpart B. The information collections associated with this appeals process have also been consolidated under a single OMB number, 3133-0198. This burden is duplicative and is being removed.
