Short Statement: When this collection was initially approved as an emergency collection, burden hour estimates were cited due to the information at that time. Now that this new collection has been in place for 6 months, the Bureau has a more realistic number to estimate. Therefore, an increase in burden hours is needed to better reflect realistic numbers which were previously unknown.
