Short Statement: Changes to this information collection include the addition of clarifying language and fields that guide respondents through proper completion the form, which improves its easy of usability. Additional changes include the addition of interpreter, preparer, and additional information sections were added and would only need completion is applicable to the respondent’s situation. The decrease in the total annual burden hours previously reported for this information collection results from a decrease in the estimated number of respondents.
