Adjustments to agency estimates resulted in an increase of 5,765 hours of burden. These changes applied to a decrease in the number of permit applications, but increases in marking requirements, notices of arrival, and validation of documents. Another increase of 1,935 hours of burden is attributed to an adjustment of the hours per response for recordkeeping.
