Short Statement: The current OMB inventory for this collection is 724 burden hours. In this submission, we are not making any changes to the hour burden due to inactivity in the program. The current OMB non-hour cost burden inventory is $27,950. In this submission, we are not making any changes to the non-hour cost burdens. There are currently no royalty relief applications in the OCS and none planned in the near future. As there are no active respondents, the non-hour cost burdens were estimated as once every 10 years.
