Short Statement:
This is a revision of a currently approved information collection. This information collection is currently approved with 31 burden hours and 124 responses. With this revision, FNS is requesting 32.25 burden hours and 258 total annual responses. There is an overall increase of 1.25 burden hours and an increase of 134 total annual responses due to a program adjustment. In the last request FNS did not account for the total annual responses for recordkeeping which we have updated in this request. This revision includes updates to the burden that primarily reflect expected changes in the number of WIC, FMNP, and SFMNP State agencies. The number of State agencies increased from 124 to 129.
