Short Statement: This information collection is an extension to the current burden assessment. Since the initial filing of this information collection package there has been no change to the regulations. We are adjusting our burden estimate to 916,357 hours. We are requesting a decrease in the burden hours by -253,291 which is due to agency estimate taking into consideration changes in the number of participating institutions and affected individuals. We are further correcting for a previous double counting of affected institutions and individuals.
